Cutting-off / Laser-cutting
Components are produced, using CNC 2D - Trumpf - laser-cutting machines, from steel plates with dimensions up to 3000 x 1500 x 25 mm thick for mild steel - 20 mm thick for stainless steel - and 12 mm thick for aluminium. Laser processes for tubular and other sections up to Ø 120 mm , 120 x 120 mm up to a maximum wall thickness of 8 mm can be carried out. Component geometry is programmed on the computer and transferred to the machines by CAD systems. The optimal configuration of components (lay-out) is facilitated by technological orientated programming system and once programmed can be called up by the system at any time.
We are able to produce finish pressed components with conventional and CNC controlled form presses and bending operations with two CNC controlled bending machines Trumabend V320 and V500 as well as wide range of tooling with pressing force of 4.000 kN and sheets up to 4000 mm . Welding
Our welding department uses modern welding technologies as well as highly qualified personal for the fabrication of complex assemblies (e.g. commercial vehicle chassis, rear axle mountings). Welding processes such as MAG, MIG, TIG and resistance welding (spot and projection welding) are carried out at manual and automated welding stations. Coating Processes We offer our customers a complete service from corund blasting to the finished painted surface of manufactured components as well as the provision of these services as sub-contract services. We are able to coat larger bulky components with dimensions up to 3000 x 1200 x 800 mm weighing up to 400 kg using a cathodic immersion painting process for the application of primer. The powder coating of components is carried out in house. We are also able to offer galvanising and hot dip galvanising, anodising, magnesium coating, standard painting processes through our network of local subcontractors.
Components requiring certification (e.g. brake and clutch pedal assemblies, container chassis) can be assembled as complete assembly up to total weight of 500 kg. |
