Liability for contents

The contents of our online proposal were created with the greatest possible care. We assume no warranty whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. As service providers, pursuant to § 7 I German Telemedia Act (TMG) we are responsible for our own contents under general law. Liability claims against us which relate to damages of the material or intangible kind that were caused by the use or non-use of the information offered or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information are in principle excluded, provided there is no demonstrable premeditated or grossly negligent fault on our part. Under §§ 8 through 10 German Telemedia Act we are under no obligation to monitor transferred or stored third-party information or to research circumstances suggesting illegal activities. Any obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. However, any liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of law. Should corresponding violations of law come to our attention we will remove the contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites over whose contents we have no influence. We cannot assume any responsibility for data protection or the contents of these websites and only make these links available to users of our online proposal in order to facilitate the search for additional information. We cannot reasonably be expected to exercise control over the contents without a concrete indication of a violation of the law.
Should violations of law come to our attention we will remove the links immediately.

If the contents are the property of third parties, we respect their copyrights. In particular contents of third parties will be identified as such. Nevertheless, if users of our online proposal become aware of a copyright violation, please notify us.
Should violations of law come to our attention we will remove such contents immediately.
