COVID-19 has changed the world. Our challenge now is to protect YOU and our employees with families, and at the same time to be available for you. Despite necessary restrictions, we will do everything possible to comply with supply contracts and maintain processes for our customers and partners.
We have instructed our employees on the hygiene and protective measures published by the Federal Ministry of Health. Measures have been taken in the company to limit outside contacts, to minimize personal meetings and to increase hygiene. All employees were informed to report as soon as they themselves were infected, had contact with infected persons, were in risk areas or showed relevant symptoms. The respective superiors are urged to exercise greater caution and send employees home immediately in case of doubt.
The state of Thuringia has already implemented strict measures to restrict social life, so that potential sources of infection are also greatly reduced outside the company.
To date, none of our employees at any location is infected with the coronavirus. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee, and therefore cannot accept any liability, that direct contact with customers, suppliers and partners may result in infection. For this reason, we rely on telephone or video-based contact wherever possible.
Our business processes continue as before, you can reach us via the known contacts. Sales and service departments are still available to our customers without restrictions. The mechanical engineering service provides its remote service to the usual extent. Service assignments on site are checked for feasibility and are also made possible in coordination with the personnel department and the management, as far as the international framework conditions allow.
